Très grande maison, bien situé à 10 min du centre ville et 15 min de la plage de Trestignel. Jardin entièrement clôturé pour les enfants et les chiens avec une magnifique et grande terrasse. Quartier très calme. On recommande fortement cette location!

Séjour très agréable.Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Maison très propre avec tout le nécessaire, 3 belles chambres à l'étage. Pas de problème si vous avez des enfants et animaux de compagnie, le jardin est parfaitement clôturé. Grande et magnifique terrasse extérieure avec vue partielle sur la mer. Le quartier est très calme et on est à 10 minutes à pied du centre.

Wir waren mit Freunden hier und haben die zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ideal, um die Gegend um die Rosa Granit Felsen zu erkunden. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique région de la côte de granit rose pendant nos vacances de septembre 2013. Tout a été idéal à tout points de vue. La maison est située à proximité des plus beaux sites de Perros-Guirec et offre un accès rapide à pieds aux commodités du centre ville et aux plus belles randonnées. Tout est réuni pour se sentir bien comme chez soi grâce à l'accueil chaleureux, convivial et discret des propriétaires. Cette jolie maison,équipée de tout le confort moderne, décorée avec goût, va définitivement vous séduire avec son jardin fleuri et reposant plongeant sur une vue magnifique de bord de mer. Petit clin d'oeil à nos amis à quatre pattes qui sont les bienvenus.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison! Très propre, lumineuse, et joliment décorée, le pas de la porte à peine franchi et on commence déjà à apprécier ses vacances! La cuisine est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Les chambres sont grandes et on y dort extrêmement bien. Nous avons également profité d'un joli jardin fleuri. De plus, la situation de la maison est intéressante: facile d'accès, une très belle vue sur la mer, un quartier calme et pour finir, le centre ville est accessible à pied ainsi que le marché et plusieurs plages pour de belles promenades! Vraiment rien à redire, si ce n'est que le séjour fut trop court!

Maison idéale à tous points de vue!!!

La maison est très agréable et très propre car elle vient d'être refaite à neuf. La vue sur la mer depuis la rue et le jardin est magnifique. Elle est tout près de la plage (une dizaine de minutes à pied) et de la ville (5-10 minutes à pied). La maison est entièrement équipée, les chambres sont de bonnes tailles et lumineuses et la literie est de qualité. La cuisine est équipée et tout confort, les poêles, les casseroles, les assiettes et même les verres : tout est neuf et de bon goût! Quant au jardin, il est grand et fermé, ce qui est très pratique avec de jeunes enfants. De plus, il est vraiment beau avec ses pommiers et se poiriers, on peut s'y prélasser sur les chaises longues ou déjeuner sur la table et les chaises de jardin. Bref, rien à redire sur cette maison adorable, très bien située et avec tout le confort! J'attends avec impatience l'occasion d'y retourner!
