In the commune of Les Rousses, 2 km from the village center, the 120 m2 apartment "Boréal" will offer you an immersion in nature. Located at the foot of Noirmont, you have an exceptional, panoramic view of the Massif, on the slopes and Lac des Rousses (south / west facing).

A careful renovation, combines healthy materials, great comfort and mountain charm: guaranteed mountain atmosphere, especially if you make a good fire in the wood stove!
By renting the apartment "Boréal", you will enjoy a large living / dining room and its fully equipped open kitchen (50m2) VERY BRIGHT
Its 4 bedrooms and all modern comforts will allow you to have an excellent stay with family or friends.
2 shower rooms, 2 W. C including one separate.
You will benefit from the south and west facing balcony and the garden.
There is no shortage of practical spaces: ski room, laundry room, parking.
For activities, just walk 100 m! the tracks are at the bottom of the garden;
skis, snowshoes, sled, walks, golf: it's here!
The Rochat golf course is 1 km away and can be reached on foot.
To simplify the stay, it is possible to leave the car aside and use the ski bus to reach many places including the 4 villages (free shuttle with the clever card and / or a valid ski pass) .
In summer, you can take advantage of the large garden to rest or play.
