About this cottage rental
Three bedroom cottage. 2 Queens, one twin and pull out couch. Very clean. This cottage is directly across the street from the sandbar with the public access a couple of cottages away. Wi-fi. Outdoor patio with grill. Fire-pit. Lots of parking. Room to keep a boat and a trailer. Large yard to play games with the kids. Close to launch site at Torch River. Walking distance to marina, party store, hardware store and restaurant. Close to grocery store and numerous restaurants. Several golf courses fairly close. 30 minutes from Traverse City and 20 minutes from casino. Coin operated laundry within approximately 8 minutes. Non-smoking. Pet-free. Close to Torch River. Renters to bring own sheets and towels. Sheets can be provided for an additional charge.

Typically Saturday-Saturday rental in July-Aug but varies in off months-contact owner for off months

The cottage was clean and right across the street from a small beach and the sandbar which you could walk out into. We brought our boat so and there was ample room for the boat parking. We rented the cottage next-door as well. They were very close so it was very convenient for the family to be together. Nice fire pit in the back and outdoor shower Was nice to rinse off after boating all day would definitely come back. The only negative was I was expecting walking and biking trails within walking or biking distance which there weren’t any and we had brought our electric bikes and but we did ride on some of the main roads, but I was expecting woods and trails.

Great location, comfortable, nice outdoor shower and covered patio. Worked well for 5 adults. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable and clean. Nice patio out back. Would have liked to try the outdoor shower, but was too chilly in the morning. Loved being close to beach access. And good tap water! Would definitely recommend.

This is our second stay at this property and it was ideal. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and the outdoor space has plenty of sun and shade. We are able to launch our boat and drive the trailer back to the property while family waits. It has the ease of being by the sandbar without the noise and business. My only suggestion is that it would be nice not to have to bring my own bedding. We will be back for sure!
