About this house rental

Contact us for more details! Private pool open for 2024 season thru December 1, 2024 (weather permitting). Pool heat is available in the spring and fall for an additional fee of $50/night plus tax. New Improvements for 2022--Carpet Free, new luxury vinyl tile in all the bedrooms! Smart TV's throughout! All new mattresses and box springs for summer 2022! Brand new construction in 2017 in Ocean Lakes (Section O of Ocean Sands) Five bedroom, three and a half bath. Ground floor contains a spacious game room with large TV, one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with two twins, full laundry room, full bathroom. Ground level access to car port from rec room. Private 13x26 pool with plenty of deck space and outdoor shower. Second level contains beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, living room with half bath and a covered porch to relax on. Master bedroom with king size bed, private bath and access direct to covered deck. Third level contains two bedrooms; one with two sets of twin bunk beds and the other with a queen and a shared jack and jill bath. This home is just a short three minute stroll to the beach access. Also includes guest membership to Ocean Lakes Swim and Tennis Club just a short walk from home. All bedrooms have their own wall mounted flat screen tv's.
We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).
Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.
This neighborhood does not allow golf carts.
Minimum age of 24 required.
Outdoor security cameras that record video and audio will be in use during your stay. Front porch (facing Pampas Court), driveway/carport.

We had 5 teenagers and 5 adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect to give us all our own privacy when needed. The pool and TV area was a major bonus. The most difficult part of the trip was getting over the sand dunes with all of our beach stuff (but that is everywhere on OBX). We all wish we could have stayed longer!

Super clean house in a great location thats only a 3 minute walk to the beach. We'd totally choose this house again for our vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay! Excellent location super close to beach. Very friendly people all around, very respectful of your privacy. I also noted people were very COVID-19 conscious...which I was a little on edge about due to pushback from people. Near stores and we actually purchased kites! Had a blast! OwnerRebecca was amazing and super quick to answer any questions. Hoping to come back in June
