About this apartment rental
Duplex apartment (sleeps 4) with balcony and magnificent mountain views, ideally located on the south slope of the resort.
You will have all the comfort, functional furnishings and all local services (lifts, shops, restaurants, bar, ski hire, ski lessons, tourist office).
300m from the gondola of Super Morzine (sector Morzine-Avoriaz, Switzerland, 650 km of ski and mountain bike), indoor and outdoor pool, and 600 meters from the gondola Pléney (Morzine sector Gets).
The proximity to the city center (10 min walk) and slopes allows not touch the car parked in the parking lot of the building.
A free bus station is 50 meters from the apartment.
The duplex apartment is composed of:
- an entrance with storage,
- a fully equipped kitchen open to living room: ceramic hob 4 burners, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, multifunction oven and microwave, raclette ...
- a bathroom with a bathtub
- a separate toilet
- Living / Stay with a sofa BZ (convertible into double bed), access to a spacious south-facing balcony with wooden table 6 people, view of the Pléney and Morzine, ideal to accommodate smokers,
- 1 double bedroom with a bed (140x190), wardrobe and dresser,
- Upstairs, an open mezzanine with a Clic Clac (convertible into a double bed) and a single bed,
- private parking
- a private garden belonging to the building.

There is a room for mountain bikes inside the building, closed and protected by the same code as that of the front door.

Lovely apartment in great location with easy access, 10 minute ride, to both Super Morzine and Le Pleney lifts. Locked bike storage in building was very useful. Views from balcony were amazing. Definitely willl be back.

Beautiful view, easy walking distance to all facilities. The accommodation is quite small and basic but perfectly adequate for an activity holiday.

Morzine is a beautiful place to visit in France, however we were disappointed with this accomodation. The unit needs a good clean (especially the front verandah). An overall paint and throw out of old furniture and rubbish lying around is in order. The decor is old and the bathroom shower head needs updating. The view from the verandah however, is spectacular.
