Apartment in an authentic Savoyard chalet, ideally located in Morzine
90m2 apartment completely renovated in an authentic 1950 chalet. The apartment is ideally located just 650m walk from the Super Morzine gondola, a free shuttle passes in front of the chalet to reach Avoriaz, Le Pleney, Montriond, etc.
All shops and activities are accessible on foot in less than 10 minutes (Bakery, Carrefour Market, Ski rental, Restaurant, Municipal swimming pool, ice rink, etc.).
The apartment is composed of:
* Large living room with kitchenette, dining room and lounge area with sofa bed
* Balcony facing south with a view of the Pleney ski slopes
* 3 bedrooms with private shower room
* 2 independent toilets
* 3 parking spaces in front of the chalet
* Small laundry room with washing machine
* Ski room
* Free WIFI included
* Linens provided (during COVID period, beds must be made by holidaymakers to avoid contamination)
* In summer, Multipass for 1 € / day / person provided on prior request

Great property, spacious and comfortable. Lovely views across to the Pleney side of Morzine. Bus stop for ski shuttle a few metres from the chalet or easy walk into town. Nice walks nearby and made use of the local swimming pool.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely appartement which has glorious views across the valley and sunshine all afternoon pouring into the main room and balcony. The small fridge (mentioned by other reviewers) has now been added to - there's a huge fridge as well. So plenty of food space for a family of five.
We used the mazot to store our four bikes which was a great asset. There's also a high pressure hose to clean off mountain bikes. We kept our buggy in the enormous entry hall (which also has lots of shelves for storing bike stuff / boots / helmets etc).
The bath is quite small and access a little tricky around the handbaskn for bathing kids but all totally manageable and a small detail on a really lovely holiday.
The appartement is also part of the multipass system which means that (in the summer) for only 2 euros a day you get free pedestrian use of lifts, free use of the swimming pool, use of Les Gets lake, use of the Les Gets library (with English books). Really worth it. Kids under 5 get all those things free. It's about 10 mins to walk to the pool from the flat.
The owner was really responsive and helpful.
