New two-room apartment on the first floor of the villa, set on 5,000 meters of land. With private parking.
It consists of one bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the living room, plus a baby crib available upon request. The apartment is very bright, sunny, and features a private terrace with an electric grill and a 300-square-meter flat garden, with a lawn surrounded by fruit trees and olive trees. Beneath the gray stone walls, a few roses are there to enhance your stay (depending on the season). The location is very pleasant and quiet, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The landscape is mountainous and lush, even in the summer. The view is highly appreciated by our guests, including Belgians and Dutch visitors who can’t get enough of it!

For your little cherubs, you’ll find a children’s play area with a slide and a playhouse to share with our daughter, born in 1998, and our son, born in 2000, who would be delighted to make new friends for a few days or weeks!

We love nature, and your children will surely enjoy discovering our rabbits and chicks, which you’ll occasionally find roaming freely in the garden—if that’s okay with you.

The apartment is 2 kilometers from the village of Sospel. If you enjoy walking, you can walk to pick up fresh bread by taking the shortcut—it only takes a few minutes.
You can take the opportunity to visit the old bridge, St. Michel Cathedral, Fort St. Roch, the old cobblestone streets, and the colorful facades.

You can enjoy activities such as beautiful local hikes, tennis, horseback riding, mountain biking, paragliding, canoeing, fishing, swimming in the pool, going to the movies on Fridays, rock climbing, Via Ferrata, mosaic workshops… and even try paragliding for the first time!

There are many cafés and restaurants, creperies, and pizzerias, both on and off the premises, as well as our local market on Thursdays and Sundays featuring local products.

15 kilometers from the beaches of Menton, 1 hour from Marineland amusement park, 9 kilometers from Italy, where you can visit the market in Ventimiglia on Fridays or Cuneo in Piedmont on Tuesdays, via Vernante (Pinocchio’s village), 1 hour and 15 minutes from Sospel. You can also visit the Mercantour Park, explore the wilderness on foot or by 4x4.
