Apartment (38m2) with south facing terrace (6m2) 300m from the beach of Sylvabelle, in residence with swimming pool, solarium, tennis court, playground for children and boules pitch.
The apartment enjoys a superb sea view. (Lardier cape)
Sleeps 7: 2 bedrooms: 1 separate bedroom with double bed upstairs. we can also place 1 extra mattress (2 are present in the apartment) AND
1 cabin room with 1 single bed
Living room: 1 sofa bed for 2 persons and 1 extra mattress available
Flat screen TV
2 bathrooms, one with shower upstairs and toilet
and one on the ground floor with bath and toilet
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, 4 induction hobs, microwave / grill, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, washing machine.
Terrace with garden furniture and washing line.
2km from the village center where the shops are open 7 / 7d (bakeries - Butchers - Pharmacy - supermarket -) in summer (free shuttle between the beaches and center every 30 minutes).
Provencal market every Sunday morning of the year.

Appartement confortable, bien décoré et surtout avec superbe vue depuis le balcon, un peu petit quand même avec 3 enfants
Accès à la piscine de la résidence bien apprécié.
A notre arrivée quelques craintes quant à la distance pour la plage mais ça se fait vite.

Endroit calme, agréable, sécurisé, plage proche, piscine avec chaises longues, personnes sympathiques. Ce qui est dommage, pour se promener ou shopping ou restaurant, il n y a pas d endroits autour, il faut donc se déplacer au moyen de sa voiture ou de bus prévus durant l été. L appartement correspond aux photos mais elles devraient être mise à jour. L appartement est un peu petit, pour accéder à l appartement avec ses valises et tout le reste, il faut un peu de force pour descendre les escaliers et y arriver. Il n y a pas beaucoup de place pour ses affaires. Le reste est au top, très fonctionnel. Il serait peut-être bien d'avertir de prendre ses duvets, coussins...
