Le duplex est très confortable avec une vue imprenable sur une très belle piscine au calme dans un parc tropical avec des arbres magnifiques et très bien entretenu et très propre. L’acceuil a l’arrivée et la remise des clefs ont été faite par une personne très aimable et sympathique. La résidence est proche des commodités et des plages. Tout se fait à pieds.
Nous avons été ravis de nos vacances et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

L'appartement spacieux correspond parfaitement au descriptif. 2 atouts majeurs: d'abord la situation dans un parc superbement fleuri et arboré doté d'une très belle piscine, le tout très bien entretenu. Ensuite la situation géographique dans Cavalaire qui permet de tout faire à pied (proximité de plage, port, commerces et restaurants). Il faut ajouter à cela, l'extrême réactivité de Stéphanie et son contact très agréable.

The property is in a great location, very central and a lovely pool. However the listing says it has air con but it's only downstairs in the bedrooms, not in the lounge or kitchen. It was a heatwave when we were there so it made it quite unbearable, especially with children. I asked for a fan but was told there wasn't one. The rest of place is a bit tired looking but functional and the beds weren't very comfortable.
