- 1 fitted kitchen area including fridge; dishwasher; microwave; induction hob; coffee maker; dishes and cutlery

- 1 bathroom with Italian shower; bathroom sink; small storage unit; WC.
- terrace with magnificent sea view
The residence is secured at the entrance with an access code.
Communal swimming pool 20m x 10m with 3 solariums equipped with deckchairs as well as tennis, a game of pétanque and a children's area are available free of charge.
A large private car park in the residence
The residence is located 2 km from the center of the village of Croix Valmer.
A free bus service (50 meters from the residence) from June to September allows you to reach the center of the village of Croix Valmer, the landing beach.
Beaches accessible on foot, and possibility of going there by free shuttle: Sylvabelle beaches; Heracles; Gigaro.
Every Sunday morning a market is held in the center of the village. Other markets take place in the region (Cavalaire sur mer; ST Tropez; st Maxime etc ..)
A pizzeria restaurant is located a few meters from the entrance to the residence. Bars and restaurants nearby on Gigaro beach (800 m)
200 meters from the residence is an organic wine cellar.

Appartement très propre, extrêmement bien agencé, fidèle à l'annonce (très bonne literie) de nombreux équipements neufs ou en excellent état. Vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée, pas de vis-à-vis. Spacieuse terrasse (la plupart des terrasses de la résidence sont plus petites). Résidence très calme et bien entretenue. Nous avons apprécié les échanges avec le propriétaire qui a été de très bons conseils et réactif à nos requêtes. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Très bel appartement décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel ; pour avoir louer deux fois auparavant dans cette résidence, cet appartement jouit d'une très bonne situation autant pour son emplacement que pour la vue imprenable sur le Cap Lardier. Concernant les propriétaires que j'ai eu au téléphone plusieurs fois, sont des gens sympathiques et charmants soucieux du bien être des locataires.

Appartement parfait ! Très bien équipé et très bien placé (5min à pied de la mer)
Résidence calme avec une superbe piscine vue mer, pétanque et terrain de tennis.
Le gros plus de l’appartement, la vue mer magnifique… On ne s’en lasse pas !
Un grand MERCI à M & Mme GARCIA pour ce séjour que nous n’oublierons pas et nous les remercions également pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité.

Cet appartement est bien agencé et équipé. Il comporte une belle terrasse avec une vue magnifique et dégagée sur la baie de Gigaro et le cap Lardier. Ecrin de verdure et parc de la résidence arboré et fleuri, proximité de 2 plages (15 mn à pied). Belle piscine à disposition.
Vraiment pratique,la desserte du village et de 4 plages par navette gratuite au bas de la résidence.
