About this apartment rental
Stunning, bright 2 bedroom apartment, 2.5 bathrooms in the German Colony. Our gorgeous, newly-renovated home is perfect for a family. Spacious and sunny, with a lovely balcony and kids' play area. Fantastic location just minutes from Emek Refaim and across the street from Ramban synagogue. Our home has 4 beds but sleeps up to 9 with pull-out sofa beds with everything you need for shabbat, books and games for children, a washer and dryer, TV, a generous kitchen and luxurious linens and towels.
* Beds can be made up as singles or full beds
* Both bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms
* 3 minute walk to a 24-hour minimarket
* right next door to a health food store with organic fruits and vegetables
* everything you need for shabbat: including plata/hot plate, urn, timers, shabbat lamps, candles, shabbat key, etc.
* One flight of stairs to the apartment
* Plenty of street parking
Kitchen can be made FULLY KOSHER (with kosher dishes and equipment) for an additional fee of 250 ILS. Includes shabbat plata and urn.

Stayed in apt 3 weeks, visiting family. Apt was exactly as pictured. Stocked with all equipment for kosher family including Succah. Around the corner from buses and supermarket. Excellent communication with apt manager.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful. It is large, comfortable, clean, and well supplied. We especially enjoyed the porches. The host was very helpful and the location was perfect. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Beautiful and spotless apartment with every convenience! Shabbat amenities and Succah were terrific. Reva responded quickly to our inquiries and requests. Great neighborhood and easy walk to lots of restaurants, shops and synagogues! Highly recommend!
