דירה יפה מרווחת, נוחה מאוד למשפחות. בניין חדש, יש מעלית. אפשר למצוא חניה בקלות באזור. אזור יפה ליד פארק המסילה. יש בתי כמה כנסת בסביבה. קרוב לבתי קפה ומסעדות, יש כרגע עבודות לרכבת הקלה באזור המסעדות אבל כל העסקים פתוחים כרגיל.

דירה נעימה, נקיה, גדולה בסביבה טובה עם חניות קרובות. מתאימה למשפחות.
טלוויזיה אחת שבורה באחד החדרים, שלטים של הטלוויזיות משפיעים על כל הטלוויזיות בו זמנית, לא היה סודה במתקן מים (למרות שצויין שיש). למרות שבעל היחידה עודכן, לא היה מענה וטיפול וכן ללא הודעה מוקדמת ביום היציאה נתבקשנו להשאיר דמי ניקיון.

La liste des ustensiles de cuisine n'existait pas l'annonce précisait :ustensiles de cuisine lave-vaisselle grille-pain, tout cela était absent il a fallu racheter de la vaisselle et c'est ce à quoi on ne s'attend pas quand on loue quelque chose on a fini par comprendre pourquoi le propriétaire avait procédé de cette manière mais il aurait fallu le préciser dans l'annonce
