About this villa rental
Located in the peaceful village of Montbazin, near the Mediterranean Sea, this contemporary villa combines elegance and comfort in an exceptional wooded setting.
This villa sleeps 8 and is oriented southeast to southwest. It is fully air-conditioned and comprises the following:
Outside:
- Heated infinity pool with a hydromassage jet,
- Exceptional panoramic views of the Thau Lagoon valley, Mont Saint-Clair in Sète, and the Gardiole mountain range,
- Lush, exotic garden,
- Beautiful, spacious terraces, some partially covered, with a barbecue, fish pond, etc., all set within lush, exotic landscaped grounds.
- Two covered terraces, one with a table seating 8.
- Sun loungers and outdoor furniture for relaxation.
Upstairs:
- Large living/dining room with a 50" smart TV, - Home cinema with a 100" screen,
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an American-style refrigerator (ice maker and crushed ice),
- One bedroom with a 140x200cm bed and a wardrobe,
- One bedroom with a 140x200cm bed and a wardrobe,
- Bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a washbasin;
- Separate WC;
Downstairs:
- Master suite with a 160x200cm bed and a 32" TV, en-suite bathroom, whirlpool bathtub with chromotherapy lighting, and storage.
- Entrance hall,
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 laundry room: washing machine, dryer, ironing board with steam generator,
- 1 wine cellar,
- 1 bedroom/studio apartment comprising a sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a 28" TV with a built-in kitchenette (the studio apartment can be independent with direct access to the outside via French doors, but can also be used as a 4th bedroom via a second entrance leading directly into the house);
The villa is located 100m from a leisure area with: a multi-sports court (basketball, football, handball, etc.), a pump track for bicycles, a fitness trail, a pétanque court, etc.
Exceptional surroundings: video-projection cinema room, chromotherapy whirlpool bath, wine cellar, summer kitchen, etc.
The TVs provide access to all Astra channels and TNTSAT.
Close to the sea, the Thau Lagoon, and the Hérault Gorges...
Swimming pool open year-round and heated from mid-May to mid-September.

The property must be cleaned by the guest before departure. The rental must be left in a clean condition; any failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Birthdays, parties, and stag/hen parties are not permitted. Disturbances are prohibited. In case of non-compliance, the stay may be terminated immediately. Family preference preferred.
- BED LINEN OPTION €25 per room upon reservation: Bed linen + 1 pool towel per person
- CLEANING OPTION €150 upon reservation.

Wir haben das Haus mit Freunden und unseren Kindern gebucht und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles ist mit sehr viel Herz eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Unser Lieblingsplatz war auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Gegend, eingebettet in die Natur. Der tolle Grill wurde täglich genutzt. W-LAN, Fernseher und Musik waren bei den Teenis beliebt. 2. Lieblingsplatz war um den Pool mit den tollen Palmen, alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Betten waren auch sehr gemütlich, durch die herrliche Ruhe haben wir alle sehr gut geschlafen. Einziger Minuspunkt war als Gruppe die Badaufteilung. Es gibt nur eine separate Dusche und ein Whirlpool mit Duschmöglichkeit, welches in ein Zimmer integriert ist und 2 Toiletten, das aber nur als Anmerkung und keine Kritik. Bäckerin und kleiner Supermarkt befinden sich im Ortskern. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und Pierre war immer erreichbar, bei allen Rückfragen. Merci!

Sehr schönes Haus mit hoher Aufenthaltsqualität drinnen und draußen. Der Pool ist wirklich fantastisch. Besonders toll sind die sehr hilfsbereiten und stets erreichbaren Gastgeber. Vielen Dank an Melanie und Pierre

Vi er 2 familier(4 voksen og 4 børn ) som har holdt 2 uges ferie i huset.
Det var et dejlig hus med en god pool og huset ligger godt for forskellige ture og der er gode indkøbs mulighed indfor 10 km.
På den negative side er træ terrassen / havemøbelsæt slidt og gammelt og sengene var ikke for gode.
Men vi har haft 2 super gode uger i huset og Pierre var nem at få fat i og han løst hurtigt de problemer der var.
Vil har givet 3 halv stjerne hvis vi kunne
