About this house rental
Provençal house, located about 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence Center, in a residential quiet and neat area
Traditional house built in the 70s, it has the drawbacks of a house of its age, not everything is modern or automatic !
however, it has got charm and character :)
Quiet house well suited for Home-working !!
Meticulous cleaning between each reservation, the house is closed for 24 hours before and after your stay
You'll find 3 bedrooms upstairs + 1 bathroom & toilet.
At ground floor a great living- & dining-room of 38sqm², kitchen, terrace, pool,
and also 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom & separate toilet
The POOL water temperature is heated by the sun, and therefore depends on the weather !!!
THE POOL IS OPEN from JUNE 1st to SEPTEMBER 6th, 2020
outside this period the swimming pool is CLOSED or is too cold to swim
THE RATES offered are already calculated accordingly
We are in the forest of oak and pine, which gives a nice freshness without air conditioning. The peace invites to rest, relaxation....
BARBECUES are prohibited !!
Private parking on large ground closed which allows children to play, to run safely.
The house is a real family home and is fully equipped !!
For those who like jogging, walking in the forest or bike, you can easily start directly from the house.
Tennis courts are available in the residence.
In Peak Season the price of the rental includes all linens; for beds, towels and bathroom. Beds are ready on arrival :)
Complete equipment for small children available free of charge on site.
For information, depending on the weather I come back about 1/2 day per week at home for general maintenance and pool.
To save you from big traffic jams Saturday of summer; possibility to rent a staggered manner; Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday depending on availability ....
Outside the high season, I adapt to your schedule holidays and I gladly accept long weekends - Easter, Ascension, etc ... ... -
