Welcome to Phoenix II 2082, your Gulf-front getaway in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers breathtaking beach views, comfortable accommodations, and convenient access to some of the area’s best attractions and dining.
The living area features comfortable seating with leather recliners, a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, stereo system, and DVD/BluRay player. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy morning coffee, outdoor dining, or sunset views over the Gulf.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, cookware, and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. The dining table seats six, with additional seating available on the balcony.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. The guest bedroom features queen bunk beds and a flat-screen TV, making it ideal for families or groups. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with the queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This condo is as pictures it is directly on the beach! We viewed dolphins from our balcony every morning. There were little to no crowds on the beach or at the pool. The facilities are well maintained and very clean. This condo could use some updates furniture as the couch and chairs are worn and the headboards in the kids room are all but fallong off. The Netflix would not work but overall it is a nice condo with a great view. You can see many other balconies from your balcony but we never felt crowded. The staff is friendly and there are many restaraunts very close by, some right across the street. This was our first trip to Orange Beach, we may have found our new vaca spot!
