• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• Same-day late check-ins require host approval
• No smoking in the unit or on the balcony (violations incur a $400 fine plus cleaning costs)
• Quiet hours are enforced
• No parties or events ($500 fine for violations)
• Must be at least 22 years old to rent
• Photo ID required after booking
• Guests assume responsibility for personal belongings and safety during their stay
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
