Beautiful views! We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms and beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and house instructions were very clear. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was perfect for our chilly February weekend. Kids enjoyed the board games and the basketball hoop out front. We would book again!

Great stay! Loved it, would have appreciated pool to be heated ( which was mentioned online but unfortunately owner told it takes 12hrs and has an extra charge which was a surprise)Otherwise it was a superb stay. My family loved it

- The house was perfect. Exceptionally clean and beautiful.- There was room for two air mattresses for folks who did not want to share beds. The upstairs rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The den had a pull-out couch and space for an air mattress.- They provided pool towels and additional blankets for the den.- There was a Sonos sound system and an Amazon Alexa assistant. My friends really enjoyed the sound system. It plays and adjusts music throughout the ENTIRE house and rooms. Hearing it in the master bedroom was amazing.- The grill was fun and a great option for a home-made dinner. We grilled burgers ourselves and picked up groceries from Santa Rosa at Safeway.- The owner dropped by about 30 minutes after we arrived to go over some FYIs and house rules. She was very polite and kind.- Friends feedback included the house is truly in the middle of no where. We had to remember to download routes on Google Map ahead of time because data would be lost upon leaving the house. There was no data at or around the house.- However, the house had REALLY FAST Wifi enough to please a group of nerds. It was also easy to connect a Nintendo Switch to the giant TV so it was very fun to play.- A concern we were fortunate to avoid was due to high winds and fire season in Oct in California, there was a high risk of a PG&E power shutoff which happened the week prior. Another concern that there would be smoke from fires in the Napa County region. We were very lucky to miss that window. Anyone in California would be aware, but outside travelers may not be. This is an unfortunate reality to the California climate.- Overall, we would all stay at this location again and are extremely pleased with our experience.
