Escape to this special 5-acre property, a true sanctuary surrounded by towering redwoods and a historic Gravenstein apple orchard. Designed for comfort and serenity, this spacious home features abundant natural light - as well as a detached 1BR/1BA studio, a large porch, a garage workout zone with weights & peloton, and a hot tub overlooking the meadow.
A quick drive from Occidental, Sebastopol, and the ocean, this is the perfect base camp for exploring Sonoma County wine country and the coast.
The space
This stunning home has three bedrooms in the main house: a king bedroom with private en suite bathroom (including double shower and large soaking tub), a king bedroom adjacent to another bathroom, and a smaller bedroom with a full bed and desk. It also has a fully separate studio connected by a covered porch. The studio has its own kitchen, bathroom and queen bed.
The property has over 100 fruit trees, including the famous Gravenstein apple trees, pears, figs, pomegranates, lemons, grapes, blackberries, and more. Help yourself to whatever is in season!
Stroll the property and take a quiet moment to reflect or meditate underneath the majestic redwoods, and don't miss out on the stargazing!
We've got plenty of amenities to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay including Native bath products, organic cotton bathrobes, and organic cotton sheets on the beds.
The fully stocked kitchen has you covered - cook up big meals with family & friends, or make a cup of coffee or tea to enjoy out on the porch.
We’ve turned the garage into a workout area complete with a peloton bike.
Little ones welcome! We've got two high chairs, a pack and play, and some kids toys & books.
This home runs on solar power as well as a private well and septic.
