About this apartment rental
Light and bright with a beach atmosphere describes this condo. The flooring is a large format porcelain tile which follows throughout the condo, as well as the balcony which has a beautiful view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa and loveseat with matching marble end tables and coffee table. There is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and Blue Ray Smart DVD player player. A large glass top table which has four cushioned rattan chairs completes the dining area. There are also three matching rattan bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen has updated oak cabinets with porcelain tile counter tops and a back splash that has light green glass tile inserts that give this kitchen a very clean, custom look. There is an over-sized side-by-side refrigerator/freezer which has an ice and water dispenser in the door. The kitchen is fully stocked for those evenings of eating in. The master bedroom has a California king-size bed with a new memory foam mattress and a matching dresser and night stands. There is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for relaxing nights after a busy day at the beach. The master bathroom has a new updated vanity area, including upgraded sinks and faucets, granite tops, mirrors and an additional new cabinet, as well as, updated porcelain tiled shower. The second bedroom has two full beds with new memory foam mattresses, a chest of drawers and a matching night stand . There is also a a flat screen TV.The attached bathroom has a tub/shower combination. If you like light and bright, this condo is for you.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We had a wonderful time at this location and the family didn’t want to leave. The staff at the condo were very friendly and courteous. At checkin time there was a short wait for the elevators but it wasn’t too bad. If staying for an extended period of time make sure you bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We will more than likely stay here again.

Online instructions were horrible. Stated to go to Brett Robinson location for checkin but checkin was actually at the condo. Please update online instructions.

We booked this condo at the last minute so we didnt know what to expect - if it was available, something had to be wrong right? This was our first time to stay in any of the Phoenix properties. Much to our delight, the condo was very nice - well appointed and equipped, well taken care of, and comfortable. Although we didnt do any heavy cooking, the kitchen had everything we needed.The only issue we had was availability of elevators at check-out time for those leaving, but thats to be expected. Otherwise, it was a great week. We look forward to our next trip.
