Modern Charming property classified 5 * Heated pool and incredible grounds

We had a fabulous stay. The pictures don't do justice to the house. It's large, comfortable, very well equipped and laid out really well to accommodate large groups.We were a group of 5 families, all with children aged 7 and under. The pool was perfect for us and the heated water made it very comfortable for everyone to use it. The kitchen had everything we needed for big feasts for everyone.Dirk and Elisa were friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well looked after.We all loved it.

Our whole family (13 adults 7 children) stayed in August and we had a really excellent holiday.The photos did not do justice to the actual place. The old farm building has been excellently restored with high quality fixtures and fittings. The upstairs bedrooms are all air conditioned and there 4 suites each with a double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a toilet and shower room or bathroom, so ideal for families sharing. The 5th upstairs bedroom is twin bedded with its own ensuite shower and toilet. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms each with ensuite toilet and one is suitable for disabled people. They are not airconditioned but the old farms walls are very thick so only fans are needed sometimes. The kitchen is very good, well fitted out and it has a good washing machine and icemaker. The BBQ was good and we really enjoyed the petanque and dartsThe grounds are extensive with plenty of space to relax and children to play. The heated pool is great, 12m long and fenced off. 10 minutes drive to local Intermarche and Lectoure shops. The views are great and the location very peaceful and quiet.Overall we would highly recommend

The property was perfect for our stay. There was 18 of us, 10 adults and 8 under 16 and we had plenty of room. Not once did we feel like the property was overcrowded. The property has everything that you would need in the kitchen, coffee machines, Extra fridge in utiltiy room, washing machine and more than enough places to sit and eat. The pool is cleaned regularly and the grounds are well kept. Kids/adults were entertained with darts, table tennis and foosball. The petanque court was well used also. The barbeque area was new and clean and well used by us. We would definitly consider coming back in the future.

We were a group of 18 (15 adults and 3 children) and had the most enjoyable stay. The house was fabulous, very spacious, clean and perfect. 3 porches to chose from and each as beautiful as the next. The kitchen and living room area are really spacious and beautiful and we had the most wonderful time there, the pictures on the website do not do it justice. We got goosebumps when we arrived because of how beautiful it looked. The bedrooms are very comfortable with great beds and beautiful decor, really good bathrooms and overall a great relaxation area. The pool and pool area was really well taken care of and an absolute joy to stay at and our group had a blast there. Luc and Marina were so helpful and so nice and welcoming and very easy to reach out to them if there were any questions. Marina cooked dinner for our group and it was a fabulous meal for our whole group. Overall a perfect stay and I would recommend La Mètairie de David to anyone and everyone, I hope we will be back there soon.
