About this house rental
We have a dock where you may leave your boat. You may rent our pontoon boat. Bass Lake is a 525 acre all-sports lake with nice bass, pan fish, and pike. It is a great lake for kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming.
Lake Michigan is less than one mile away, and you will have privileges to the township park on Lake Michigan less than two miles from our home.
Pentwater is a popular tourist town less than 3 miles away with a State Park on Lake Michigan, and boat launches from Pentwater Lake that access Lake Michigan for great perch and salmon fishing. Charter fishing from Pentwater is also very popular. You will love it, here.

Our stay at this cabin on Bass Lake was lovely. The cottage was well kept, and stocked with everything we needed for our week long stay. Decor is a little dated, and the carpet needs a good cleaning, but we were delighted with the location and the pontoon boat rental was GREAT! Steps from the water, a nice pier, good fishing, close to town, but peaceful and quiet, without tourist congestion. Nice firepit lakeside and great porch with a nice table to dine/relax and admire the lake. Loved it. Thank you to Jerry and Judy!

We had a wonderful time on Bass lake. It’s very close to downtown Pentwater which is a really quaint little town. My boys and I enjoy fishing and being in the water. Jerry was kind enough to rent his pontoon very reasonably for the week. We caught some nice bass, pike and some small pan fish. We were also close to Ludington where we did some great charter fishing. The cabin was clean and stocked with all the necessities. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing lake getaway.
