Das Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr groß, Wohn-Essraum klimatisiert, Schlafzimmer teilweise klimatisiert, was sehr angenehm ist. Viel Platz drumherum (auf Fotos nicht zu sehen), Kinder können sich gut bewegen, spielen. 500m zum Meer sind Luftlinie, zum Meer zu laufen dauert 20min, ansonsten mit dem Auto 5min.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist minimal und die Möbel sind teilweise sehr einfach gehalten.
Die Möbel draußen sind prima, groß und bequem.
Super Betreuung vor Ort, Fragen bzw. Nachrichten wurden umgehend beantwortet.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane in questa villa e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il proprietario e la signora Giulia molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è enorme...pavimenti in marmo, inferriate e zanzariere su tutte le finestre e porte (cosa non scontata, ma utilissima), aria condizionata, biancheria nuova...Perfetta per 8 persone, con 3 bagni a disposizione e una doccia fuori...Parcheggio nel giardino anche per 2 macchine, all'ombra degli eucalipti della proprietà confinante e del grande pino all'ingresso della proprietà. Il patio è perfetto per godersi la colazione al fresco, vista mare. Di sera, la cena, con il tramonto di fronte...!!!
Per chi vuole c'è anche la possibilità di grigliare nel giardino.
Per rifornirsi di frutta e verdura fresca e locale dal contadino, basta andare verso Presicce, e dopo qualche minuto da casa, lo trovate sulla destra.
Un Conad molto grande si trova fuori Presicce, direzione Salve (10 km, 10').
Le spiagge più belle, a mio parere, sono quelle un po' più a sud di Torre Pali, che si ragiungono in 4 minuti in macchina. Ci è piaciuto lo stabilimento "Les Seiychelles", decisamente meno affollato delle Maldive e ha la spiaggia più bella (parcheggio Eucalipto, Euro 5 al giorno, con la possibilità di tornare il pomeriggio con lo stesso biglietto). Se si prende l'ombrellone e 2 lettini, costo 20 euro con parcheggio incluso.
Da visitare certo anche Gallipoli, Presicce, Otranto, Lecce, Santa Maria di Leuca...
Sarei rimasta volenti qualche giorno in più per godermi la pace e il verde del giardino!!!!

Bellissima vacanza, villetta bella e ben organizzata sia internamente che esternamente posizione comoda e tranquilla a pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge e pochi minuti a piedi da Torre Pali. Grazie a Rocco la persona di riferimento sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Eravamo due famiglie numerose e siamo stati benissimo .... ci torneremo. Un grazie particolare a Gino il vicino di casa sempre disponibile ad assisterci per ogni problema e bisogno di informazioni. Grazie Gino speriamo di vederci presto.

Villetta molto bella e spazi ben organizzati ,due bagni all'interno e uno comodissimo con doccia all'esterno, camere grandi , due matrimoniali e due con lettini ,ampio ingresso con divani e TV cucinino e tavolo per mangiare .Fuori ampio spazio con tavolo grande sotto la tettoia e un bellissimo spazio esterno con ombrellone e tavolo in giardino davanti al barbecue. Qualsiasi problema c'è una persona sempre disponibile a intervenire. Posizione tranquilla a 5 minuti di auto dalle spiagge e 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare in paese a Torre Pali. Eravamo due famiglie con 5 bambini siamo stati benissimo grazie ancora a Rocco per il supporto. Consigliatissima la villa.
