Three kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of Torre S. Giovanni and Salento, and in a panoramic position on the regional natural park 'Ugento Coast', stands the "Villa Gina", a charming villa with linear and modern shapes and cool and relaxing colors.
Completely immersed in a beautiful garden of olive trees, palm trees, flowers and fruit trees, the property offers its guests tranquility, relaxation and a great atmosphere.
The villa has 11 beds divided into three double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Baby cots can be added in the bedrooms.
It has two tastefully furnished bathrooms, four showers (two inside and two outside), a hallway, a kitchenette, a living room, a dining room, a laundry room, and a third bathroom that can be used externally.
The exterior area, completely enclosed and protected by vegetation, allows its guests to enjoy total privacy, offers spacious equipped facilities, a large patio, barbecue area and outdoor kitchen and a lovely pool that guarantees freshness and relaxation in afternoons Salento.

From the moment the gates opened, we knew weld found a dream house for our 8 days in Italy.
We arrived very late and Dario went out of his way (even telling his mum to stay awake so he could pick some things up from her) to get us milk and other essentials for our children to breakfast the following morning.
The villa was spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and all have AC.
The outdoor kitchen area was brilliant, as well as the outdoor showers.
There were quite a lot of gnats when we went (end of May 2023) but, being in the middle of the countryside, that’s to be expected.
The pool is not heated.
Supermarket within a 5 minute drive with very passionate deli staff. Beach with 2 lidos also 5 mins away - Lido Mania is recommended for views and food.
We loved everything about this villa and would return in a heartbeat.

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden und das Haus war einfach nur super. Wir haben uns alle dort sehr wohl gefühlt und das Meer ist ein Traum. Dario hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, wo man in der Nähe regional einkaufen und Essen gehen kann. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir, zwei Familien aus der Schweiz mit Kindern zwischen 3 und 15 Jahren haben im grossen und schönen Haus von Dario wunderbaren Herbstferien genossen. Das Haus ist sehr zweckmässig, genügend gross für 9 Personen und perfekt sauber! Der wundervolle Garten mit tollem Poolbereich und Outdoorküche lasse keine Wünsche offen. Dario konnte uns viele Tipps geben, wo auch in der Nebensaison noch Strände, Restaurants und Läden geöffnet haben. Es war wunderbar!
