As soon as you enter this beautifully designed Gulf-front home, you’ll be greeted by views of the shimmering Gulf through incredible 14-foot floor-to-ceiling windows. The extra high ceilings, not typical in Gulf-front condos, make the living room feel even more spacious. With a comfortable aqua sectional and accent chairs, there’s plenty of room for everyone. Gather for family game nights, watch a movie on the flatscreen TV, or simply enjoy the views.
In the same open space, the fully equipped kitchen is light and bright with white cabinetry, endless granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Pendant lighting over the huge breakfast bar makes it an even more inviting spot to have a casual meal. An accompanying wet bar boasts an ice maker, blender, and assorted glassware, the perfect drink and snack station. Just around the corner, a table for eight sits in front of floor-to-ceiling windows in the Gulf-front dining room.
With three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this home sleeps up to 10 guests with the ideal layout for families. The primary and second bedrooms each have a King bed, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom, including the huge primary ensuite with jetted soaking tub and separate shower. The third suite has two Queen beds, making it perfect for kids. The fourth full bathroom gives the option for even more privacy, plus it holds a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Out on your second-floor balcony, you can’t get much closer to the beach. Enjoy picturesque views of the lazy river and Gulf beyond.
