We were 3 families with 4 children/babys under 3 years. The house was perfect for our group. We even had one room that we didn’t needed - so there was a lot of space and everyone had his separate place. We enjoyed the big terrace and the outdoor shower a lot!
The only thing are the ants that annoyed us from time to time. But we would come back at any time as the whole place is just wonderful!

Une très belle bâtisse face à la pinède, dans un lotissement calme à 2 pas à pieds des commerces de Carcans Océan.
1 corps de bâtiment en mode chambre + dortoir, idéal pour les ados, et 2 chalets attenants, parfait pour les parents.
Nous avons séjourné à 2 couples + 5 enfants sans se sentir les uns sur les autres.
La maison est bien équipée, les 3 sdb et la douche extérieure sont bien pratiques !
Une remarque, la maison, toute en bois est l'habitat d'insectes qui se révèlent assez bruyants la nuit une fois le son des cigales disparu.
