About this villa rental
Designed by an architect, this villa with high ceilings and beautiful volumes is particularly pleasant to live.
Quiet edge of the forest, ideally located 40 minutes from Bordeaux and 20 minutes from the ocean.
You enter the villa through a huge fitted into friendly space with upscale bar reception after which some stairs allow you access to the dining room. It has a very large polished concrete table and 10 chairs.
To relax, read or watch TV, you have a bright and spacious lounge with sofa and daybed overlooking the terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen is a real living room with its 35 m2.
Enjoy the amenities: a large reception bar, gas BBQ, outdoor dining area with pergola for moments with family or friends.
You will enjoy the sun by the infinity pool 12m x 6m and chairs.
4 large rooms for a stay up to 10 people:
1 bedroom suite with a 160x200 bed, dressing room and direct access to bathroom with a walk-in shower and a window onto the terrace.

Quiet and family town of 500 inhabitants, Brach is ideally located 20 minutes from the ocean and 40 minutes from Bordeaux, you are in the heart of Médoc.
An ideal multi-sports playground for children is free access 300m from the villa.
A pastry bakery is open daily (500m from the villa). Also available: A roaster truck Sunday lunch.
A pizzeria and a grocery accessible 500m from the villa.
Shopping: The city of Lacanau Super U (8 minutes even open on Sunday mornings), the Intermarché de Castelnau at the same distance. Remember to order online SuperU drive before arriving for rent, you only have to pick up your groceries ...
