Posizione, gentilezza host, pulizia, colazione, ampi spazi, casa decisamente molto bella e curata.
Mancanza aria condizionata (che sapevamo non ci fosse) ma la casa purtroppo risulta molto calda di questi tempi, mancanza porta shampoo nella doccia. Giardino quasi non praticabile

Our holiday in this beautiful apartment was fantastic! The host, Mr. Francesco, is incredibly friendly and helpful. You sleep well, the kitchen and bathroom are lovely – simply awesome! The garden is the icing on the cake. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Colazione abbondante anche per chi ha problemi di intolleranze, basta comunicarlo prima. Posizione ottima per visitare Civita, Bomarzo, Orvieto. Parcheggio macchina gratuito per gli ospiti a pochi passi dalla struttura.

Limpeza fantástica, tudo novo e equipado no apartamento. Francesco e AnnaMaria são ótimos anfitriões, nos ajudaram em tudo. Localização perfeita, com estacionamento gratuito (muito próximo) por conta da cortesia dos anfitriões. Café da manhã farto!
A entrada tem escadas, para nossa surpresa, o acesso ao jardim e ao quarto mais lances de escadas. No café da manhã, que foi muito farto (bolos, iogurte, leite, suco, bolinhos, marmeladas), faltou manteiga e algum item salgado ou fresco.
