About this house rental
Rental in the heart of a rural hamlet. very suitable for nature lovers in love with space, tranquility and freedom.
-The spacious kitchen allows the taking of breakfasts and meals (oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher)
-The living room with 1 relaxation corner equipped with TV, DVD, 1 sofa, 1 sofa bed, wifi
-1 dining area, furnished with buffet and table for 6 people
-The 2 bedrooms, also spacious
including one with 1 bed in 140
the second with 2 beds in 90
-The bathroom near the bedrooms is equipped with a shower and a sink with mirror
-The toilets, 1 on each level, are independent.
-The west side terrace (25m²) has its table
-the landscaped area on the east side with shelter and small barbecue for sunny breakfasts
-the neighboring farm with its poultry and large cattle will delight the children who, in the company of the farmers, will be able to approach them.
-For older children coming back from busy days with the many sites to discover in the region, the calm and natural freshness of the stone walls will pleasantly promote your relaxation.

The location of the property was ideal, the quality was excellent, the owners (and son) where friendly and we couldn't fault anything.
Highlights were "FiFi", the kitchen (and its equipment - loved that teapot!!) - and what a fantastic shower!! 5 stars all round and very highly recommended.

This was a comfortable property with everything needed for a very happy stay. Quiet and private, it was nevertheless well situated for those wishing to explore the Perigord Noir and further afield. And all essential services (food, fuel etc) were very close by. We much enjoyed our stay.

Séjour agréable dans cette maison périgourdine spacieuse et bien équipée. En pleine campagne et au calme, mais proche des points touristiques importants du secteur. Accueil très agréable des propriétaires. Nous recommandons!

We enjoyed our week's stay in this Groléjac property. It was spacious and clean with a great kitchen, sitting area and a lovely bathroom with a lovely hot shower. The only short-comings were: no kettle- a necessity for English tea drinkers like us! And, it would have been useful to have a couple of tea towels. None were provided. Some instructions for switching on the T.V. would have been useful, too. My bedroom did smell a little musty, despite air fresheners having been placed in the room. Apart from these few small grumbles, the gite was very good value for money and in a great location for visiting nearby chateaux, plus beaux villages and grottes.
