About this cottage rental
Pretty wooden house, in the Perigord style inserted in a small hamlet with 10 houses with large heated swimming pool to share. Very pleasant setting, 6 km from the heart of Sarlat, capital of the Black Périgord. The house, 60 sqm, with covered terrace has 3 bedrooms. 1 with a 160 bed, 1 with 2 80 beds which can be joined and 1 with 2 80 bunk beds. Large living room with equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. Covered terrace with garden furniture for 6. The equipment is very complete: refrigerator, freezer, 4 ring hob, extractor hood, dishwasher (for 9), washing machine (5 kg), self-cleaning oven, microwave and food processor. Colour TV and free internet (Wi-Fi connection). 2 deckchairs, sun umbrella and barbecue. Sleeps up to 8 people. Crockery for 8 people. Air conditioning with reverse cycle. Parking and green space reserved. The large shared pool (16x8 m) is heated and the beaches are equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas. Ping-Pong, petanque and children's swings.

We had a very nice time at the complex. In September it is very quiet. The surroundings are beautiful. Sarlat at only 10 min. The Dordogne at 15 min. The lodge is comfortable, neat and clean. You can sit on the decking terrace and overlook the pool (which is cleaned daily and heated). Tip: bring pads for the plastic tub chairs if you want to sit on the terrace for long periods of time. Owner Monica arranged comfortable garden chairs for our 2 (75+) people. She also provided a warm welcome. There is Wifi but unfortunately it works poorly. They are working hard to improve that. There is satellite TV with French channels. Great to eat on the terrace with the birds and squirrels around you. What is also nice is that you can arrive and leave on Sunday then the traffic on the road is nice and quiet. We enjoyed it. Thank you Monica. This is definitely a place to remember.
