Premiere upgraded condominium with gorgeous amenities is located right on the beach. Come and stay in this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo that has enough room for six. It is located on the 5th floor of the Phoenix X.

Everything was great the room location was close to great places to eat
The beach had easy access and was very clean
We only had 2 problem we had was sounded like people next to us or above was constantly moving the furniture from the sounds
The other was nosey people looking ard their balcony I guess trying to see what everyone was doing

The property was very nice with great beach access and lovely pool area. I loved that there were multiple locations for elevators. Parking was very convenient.
Our problem was a broken sliding glass shower door that we saw when we arrived. I talked to 3 different people at the desk but nothing was ever done to address it. That meant 3 adults had to share one bathroom when we were paying for 2. The bathroom mirror above the sink had splatters that appeared to be left over. We did not feel it was clean. Thanks

First of all, I found out a week before my stay that the outdoor pool and deck are closed. Secondly, the condo info online says King, 2 Queen beds, and Queen sleeper sofa. I discover The sofa didn’t pull out into a bed once we arrived with our 7 guests. I asked for a sheet and blanket for the sofa and was told/given a flat and fitted sheet but no blankets because “they had been too busy to wash.” Our one of two toilets broke day 2 and it took around 5-6 hours to have someone repair it. We had 7 guests sharing one toilet during that time. The front door didn’t stay closed well. Overall very disappointed in this Phoenix property.
