The house is located 20 meters from the port of La Mole in a cul de sac, a street serving the oyster ports of the city along the Bordeaux Arcachon railway line and the coast. A view of the Bassin d'Arcachon from the window of the American kitchen. The coastal path is behind the house ... that you can travel with the two bikes available to you.

-1 bedroom of 12m² with cupboard and bed 140.
-1 bedroom of 11m² with wardrobe and bed 140.
- 1 bathroom with bath and shower.
- 1 independent toilet.
- Available on request a cot for small child with mattress, high chair, stroller cane.
- Loan of 2 bikes.

Monsieur Suire est très aimable il nous a donné de précieux conseils pour les promenades.
La maison est très bien située, très bien aménagée.
Il est possible de faire de très belles balades sans aller très loin.
Je recommande cette adresse à toute personne qui a besoin de ce ressourcer.

une pompe de piscine très proche de la maison peut déranger le sommeil des personnes sensibles au bruit léger et répétitif .
