+ Localisation (si voiture) + Prix + Vaisselle, cuisine équipée + Places de vie (living, terrasse) confortable + Buanderie + Calme + Propriétaire très aimables + Parking - Isolation des pièces = néant - une salle de bain et un coin douche de 1 m2 dans buanderie. Donc, il n’y a pas deux salles de bain. - literie médiocre (lits a rebord, votre taille ne doit pas excéder 1,80 m sous peine de dormir en colimaçon) - Pas d’internet
