About this apartment rental
Small independent house on our property.
Ideal for 2/3 adults or 2 adults in family.
The beds will be ready on arrival, double with 160 X 200 hotel quality mattresses and the mezzanine will be suitable for children over 6 years old (140 X 200 mattresses).
For the smallest travel cot, mattress and fitted sheet.
Animals not accepted.
POSSIBILITY OF BOOKING THE HOST ROOM IN THE SAME PROPERTY FOR 2 ADDITIONAL ADULTS - THE LITTLE FISH.
Housing
You have a private garden or enjoy the sun loungers for an aperitif or a family football game.
The shaded terrace has a table with benches and a socket for the plancha.
Possibility:
- pre-book boat trips, shows and amusement parks - according to the prices posted by the Tourist Office;
- to book restaurants;
- to serve you the * traditional breakfast (tea / coffee / chocolate, fruit juice, dairy yogurt / butter, jam, pastries, bread and fresh fruit), vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free - with supplement 7 euros per day per person from 6 years old (state at time of booking and pay on arrival day).
Cottage in the heart of the cycle paths for the 7 ports of Gujan, the Adventure Basin with the amusement parks at 2 km, the Hume beach at 4 km, the Dune du Pilat and Ocean Beaches at 10 km.
Travelers access
Private garden and terrace. Parking space in front of the gate outside the garden.
Other remarks
Bike loan: 4 adult bikes, 2 teen bikes, 1 child bike (8 years), 1 child bike under five (with or without wheels), no helmets.
Baby equipment such as bathtub or booster available.
A security deposit of € 300 in cash or check is requested upon delivery of the keys with a receipt from us.
No animals.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et sympathiques.
Ils nous ont donné toutes les informations concernant les activités à faire autour et quelques conseils.merci

le studio indépendant trés bien, pour deux ...
nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants un peu juste surtout manque de tablette ou autre pour poser les affaires . les bons côtés : vélo compris, calme, excellent lit, parking privé.
les points à améliorer : équipement (grille pain par exemple)
petit déjeuner sympa mais limité, support ou petit meuble pour salle d'eau (pour poser les affaires) serait le bien venu .
