About this house rental
This gem is located on 3 beautiful wooded acres. It is full of nature. The best part is it is only 15 minutes away from downtown Nashville and 5 minutes from the Nashville airport. This is a Duplex with upstairs apt. Come relax and enjoy.
Approximate times to various local attractions:
5 min- Nashville Airport
15 min-Downtown Nashville
15 min- Nashville Zoo
15 min- Opry Mills Mall
5 min- Donelson
The home is very open and spacious. It has 2 large bedrooms both with comfortable queen size beds, a queen size sofa bed, and
queen air mattress. Pack-n-play and highchair available upon request. Pets are allowed Only upon owner approval. (Please read rules and fees). $100 per pet. Stay’s a month or longer will have a higher pet fee. $75 early check-in or late check-out fee.
*Home is cleaned according to CDC guidelines*
There is also a pack-n-play and highchair available. There are 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower combo. Master bedroom has a bathroom and the 2nd is off the kitchen hallway.
Fire pit and grill available for use. There is a great swimming area on the lake. You can relax and enjoy the beautiful Tennessee scenery take a hike.

*Home is cleaned according to CDC guidelines
Pets are allowed with pre-approval only. No Parties, Smoking outside only, No parking in the grass without permission and please don't litter.
Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture and NO pee pads are allowed in the house. Pets must go outside to the restroom and guest must clean up after your pet. Any feces outside that has not be cleaned up, if pee pads were used in the house, or any evidence that a pet was on the furniture will result in an additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $100 which will be deducted from the deposit. If you show up with an unauthorized pet, you could be asked to vacate the property and be charged double the pet fee.
If any smoking is done in the house there will be a $200 per day fine deducted from your deposit.
Do Not Move Furniture. This will result in a fine of $100 and any damages caused.
-Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am

The house does have 24/7 video and recording surveillance on the exterior of the property.
If you show up early for check-in, you will be charged the early check-in fee.

Property was ok for a short notice booking. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. If you would compare this to cars, the rental would be considered a base model. Could tell it was not renovated by a trained carpenter. However, was close to airport, 20 min from Grand Ole Opry and downtown Nashville. If your not looking for luxury this would be one to consider. Owner was great and very responsive.
