Charming House

This was a great quiet suburb for Nashville. It was right across from a police station, felt very safe, two Honda pilots fit in the garage. The unit was very spacious and exactly what was described. Host was amazing at communication! Would highly recommend to others, Great Experience!

What a great quiet stay for our family of 8 (69, 68, 34, 31, 29, 28, 19mths, 10mths). The condo was tucked 20 minutes from everything downtown Nashville by car in a walkable suburb across the street from a library and park. The living area was ideal for hosting everyone in one area without feeling crowded without concerns of hearing the neighbors with how sound proof the unit was. Host provided the basic amenities for cooking, cleaning, sleeping and hygiene. Bonus points for the number of quilts left behind; we were able to create cozy forts in the oversized closets in the bedrooms for the kids. Would consider staying again if we were to ever visit Nashville again in the future. Things other family’s/groups may want to consider when booking (these weren’t issues for our stay but could be for yours): *stairs. The condo is 3 floors (17 stairs to reach each level). Floor 1-garage & bedroom w/ a full bathroom. Floor 2-kitchen, dinning, living room & Half bath. Floor 3-two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. *parking. The two parking spots provided are inside the garage and can be tight with oversized vehicles. *outside. Besides the front approach and drive out back you have to go across the street the run off any extra energy.

This is a great house for friends. All three bedrooms had queen beds and their own bathrooms. I will stay here again. Everything is clean and neat.

The most amazing stay! Only 15 minutes from Broadway! Very clean, spacious & immaculate condition! Would recommend this stay to anyone!
