Lovely 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom hotel suite that sleeps six is located on the 6th floor of Phoenix All Suites.
· Bedroom and living area both have flat screen televisions
· Sofa queen sleeper and stereo system in the living area
· Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances
· Two seats at the kitchen bar and a table seating three in dining area
· Hallway has built in child size bunk beds
· King size bed on carpet in the master bedroom
· Master bathroom has shower and tub combination and connects to master bedroom
· Gulf front view from the balcony that seats four at the table
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Good location- beachfront! Everything worked fine except one of the two elevators was out of action for half of our stay. A little dated but quite adequate. Plenty of covered parking available.

Not bad but not great either. Parking sucks Tahoe barley fit in space and elevators are horrid . Beach was very nice and clean A+++ on Beach. Room was okay. Outdated and not much of anything. Location is A+ For food and lots of activities for kids. Pool was tiny and nothing special either. All in all it was Okay but nothing spectacular.
