Host was very accommodating and helpful when booking, the condo itself was very spacious and in the perfect spot. Pool was heated which was great for chilly nights, not too crowded during the day and steps from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops and grocery store. Will definitely stay again!

Look no further everything you need is in this townhome! My stay here was great! Check in process was seamless! The townhome looked even better than the pictures. Everything was clean and relaxing! There was even beach chairs and water toys for us to enjoy! Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious! It was perfect for families or couples. We were near shopping and lots of restaurants. The owner even suggested lots of places for us to visit during our stay which was perfect for me as a first timer to destin! Walking distance to the beach! We will definitely be returning and staying here or another one of the owners beautiful condos in this neighborhood again!

The pictures are accurate. This townhome really is that nice. It is a two bedroom three bath home with a full-size kitchen including an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave, and a grill out back. There is WiFi and it is easy to instantly access and worked great for our seven devices (phones and computers and an XBox). There are five beds: one king, two queens, and a bunk bed in the master bedroom. There is a washer and dryer and detergent. The walk to the beach took only about 4-5 minutes and the walk is on the ST community property, so you just leave your car at the townhome. The owner has obviously spent money on a lot of little things like many decorations and knick knacks and magazines like People and supplies in the kitchen cupboards like pots, pans, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, and coffee filters. There are three TVs, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. The living room TV took an HDMI cable from our XBox, and we were able to play online games or watch Netflix. Both bedrooms had a desk, which was perfect for studying, working, or setting up a computer. We really enjoyed our stay.
