We are located snug on a 5 acre wooded property in Washington Co. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing place with Whimsical grounds then we are your Home Away from Home BnB! Our Guest have commented that we are a BnB like no other!
We Pride Ourselves on being Brazos Valley’s first “Grounding” Bed & Breakfast! Snacks, water and coffees are there for you also! In our cute Mobile Home everything is there for y’all to have a Great experience???
And we are one of the few BED AND BREAKFASTS that actually have breakfast items available for y’all! Come visit us, y’all won’t be disappointed!
Grounding or Earthing is a Healthy way for the Human Body to reconnect with the Earth’s surface electrons. In doing this Grounding reverses the Negative effects of hours of use of cell phones, computers, TVs etc. and wearing non leather soles on our shoes. Grounding supports our immune system. This is best accomplished by going barefoot- skin to earth.
Scientific Research shows the many Benefits of Grounding including a feeling of peace, less stress, better mood, more energy, less inflation, fatigue and pain. Your stay with us includes the option of experiencing a Grounding bed sheet on your King size bed, a set of foot mats and also wrist bands. Also we have assorted, very interesting informative papers, books and DVDs on the subject of Grounding. Being in the woods off the main highway our Wifi is spotty sometimes, most Guest don't have a problem.
We are a place of Serenity and Peace therefore we do have a few small Crystals thru out our Home. We have no problem having you set them outside if they make anyone uncomfortable.

We do offer an Adult Room off the Master Bedroom that is closed off with a curtain and a wooden bifold set of doors. It is posted " Adults Only".

Our Guest House is a cute roomy remodeled Vintage Mobile Home that is comfortably decorated in a Southwestern style and affords you with everything you need for a relaxing stay. From a comfy new King Bed with fluffy pillows to a new double Shower with soft towels and plenty of hot soft water! Upon arrival you will be greeted with assorted snacks and bottled water. In the morning enjoy assorted breakfast foods and the coffee bar to get your day started. Enjoy your coffee out on the new deck, absorbing the sounds of Nature and just feel your stress melt away! The kitchen is complete with dishes, pans, utensils and silverware. Also there is a Weber Charcoal Grill and a Gas Grill should you wish to bring along something to grill! The huge Fire Pit is available for a bonfire and star gazing! Wood provided. ( Check with Host for a Burn Ban) If your seeking country quiet then this is the place to get away. If you still need to relax but not the outdoor type we have many movies, books, games (for both children and adults) and Direct TV with HBO, and ESPN that you may enjoy on the sofa bed or 1 of the 2 comfy recliners! We now have Starlink Internet!! You will have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO Max by using your own Passwords to your personal accounts.
A man’s bike is available for a jaunt up the back roads! We now have a new Disc Golf basket and 6 Colorful Disc for y’all to test your throwing skills! You will find the Disc in the BnB and the Official Size Metal Basket, in the yard, to the right of the large Fire Pit!
Also a Carom Board, Corn Hole and a full game cabinet! Just let us know if you plan to ride so we may have it ready.

And as a THANK YOU for choosing CMR you will find a Bottle of Wine with 2 Wine Glasses as our Gift to Y'all upon check do live across the drive but rest assured you will most likely never see us as we feel your Privacy is our utmost goal as BnB Host. If y’all need anything just text!

After Check In there will be no Refunds issued.

NOTE: We are a gated property so you will be sent exact directions and your temporary gate code, as GPS will take y’all to the wrong location. These will be sent a week before your stay.

You may notice Trail Cameras located around the driveway. We have filmed Bobcats, Fox, Wild Dog Packs, Deer, Raccoons, Armadillo, Possums and of course Rabbits and Squirrels. This is TX ya know!
These are positioned to monitor our Guests Safety. We will notify you should we find any roaming the grounds at night.
