About this house rental
Historic Holle House was built in 1910 in the Four Square American Movement style and has many unique features. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and now it can be yours! This private apartment located on the second floor, has it's own separate entrance and huge covered porch, but can be rented in conjunction with the first floor space, to accommodate groups as large as sixteen guests. When rented with the first floor, it is offered with a discounted price. If rented alone, it can sleep five to seven guests. It has a very large living room with a day bed, two comfortable chairs, a desk, flat screen TV with cable, free Wi-Fi, and a portable CD player. A deluxe queen airbed can also be set up in the living room as well. The first bedroom has a full size bed, and dresser. The second bedroom has two twin beds. and a flat screen TV with cable. The upstairs space also has a kitchen with full size range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and programmable coffee pot. There is a nice dining room area as well. A delicious breakfast is always included. The entire apartment within the home is approximately 1100 square feet, plus has a huge covered porch with swing, chairs and tables.
We love having pets (housebroken and pest free, please) and children and have a gate available if needed. We can also provide a high chair.

We loved our stay at Holle House, and our host Susan covered all the angles even having a window AC unit on hand when the main AC went out during a historic Texas heat wave. All the essentials were covered wonderfully and Susan went above and beyond to make sure the even the fridge and cupboards were stocked when we moved in. The location is also phenomenal if you are looking to stay away from city crowds like we were. There are nice things to do in the area and the central location makes all the major metros and the gulf accessible for weekend staycations.

Had a great time staying at the Historic Holle House. The host is very kind, welcoming and helpful. The property was clean and quiet. I would recommend the property to anyone who is going to the lovely town of Brenham.

The home is not only historic, but beautiful and interesting. While our stay was a very chilly and wet one, we still had a great time. Susan goes above and beyond to make your stay great. It was so chilly and rainy that we just stayed in the home the first night and had the delicious quiche for dinner. She provides breakfast for both mornings and snacks. Plenty of towels and blankets for everyone.

The owner provides hospitality in spades. We arrived to a fully stocked kitchen, complete with enough breakfast meals to last throughout our stay. The fridge was stocked with new bottles of all condiments, juice, milk, cream, butter and the list goes on. There were fresh, clean, comfortable robes for each person. We were made to feel welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
