About this bed and breakfast
The house is located on a remote, recently restored estate with 2 hectares of land, swimming pool, a spacious garden and its own terrace with a beautiful view of the Ligurian Alps. The sea / Ventimiglia is 20 km away (this route takes about 45 minutes).
The pool is heated and offers pleasant temperatures to linger. With a size of 13 to 5 meters above the corner, it has enough space for swimming.
The guest house has a living area of 80 square meters and has a spacious window front with a view of the valley. There is another house that could be rented in combination. Further information on our platform Il Wokini (Germany).
The guest house has two double rooms and a children's room with a bunk bed. A ladder leads to the light blue double room via the children's room. The other double room is separated from the living room by a room divider.
With a length of 1.8 km, the private driveway is partly unpaved, somewhat bumpy and may also take some getting used to. With a normal car, it can be easily driven in 10 minutes.
The next town Pigna is 4 km away and offers a stylish pizzeria "Bed and Pizza - Sul Ponte", a traditional pasticceria that warms the heart, a pharmacy, a very nice bathing area with a waterfall and smaller shops.
For people with limited mobility (especially children under 6 years and possibly older people), we ask you to contact us before booking. The natural stone stairs are without railings.

A piece of paradise in the Italian hills of Pigna.
The poolside feels like you are in Bali.
Nicely decorated house, very convenient with a big kitchen. The owners Angela & Reiner are wonderful and very nice! They are very helpful.

The amazing view, an amazing poolside, an oasis of special plants, kind and helpful owner, it was just perfect! The road to reach it there is for adventurers - like us ;-). We enjoyed our time there so much. Thanks Rainer!

Wir waren insgesamt 9 Personen in der Unterkunft, für 6 Nächte.
Zunächst einmal ist das Ferienhaus und der dazugehörige Garten wunderschön. Die Bilder bringen die Atmosphäre nicht ansatzweise so rüber wie es in der Realität tatsächlich ist. Der Pool ist schön groß und wurde täglich gereinigt.
Da das Ferienhaus in mitten der Berge liegt hatten wir schon damit gerechnet das es dort auch Insekten geben wird, das einzige was uns hierbei gestört hatte war das es leider keine Insektengitter an den Fenstern gab bzw. das wir in manchen Bereichen Ameisen und sonstiges hatten.
Bezüglich des Anfahrtweges wäre es wünschenswert gewesen zu wissen das dieser wirklich sehr abenteuerlich ist. Er ist zwar befahrbar aber nichts für Leute die Höhenangst haben.
Zudem wäre eventuell eine Beschilderung des Weges ganz gut, die Einfahrt kann man leicht übersehen :)
Die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ansonsten war das Ferienhaus optimal gelegen, wir hatten unsere Ruhe und konnten auch mal lauter sein, ohne das es Probleme gab. :)
Wir würden das Objekt definitiv wieder buchen.

Le lieu est très beau avec une vue splendide mais les prestations n'étaient pas au niveau attendu d'une location dans cette tranche de prix.
Nous avons rencontrés les soucis suivants:
• A notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a communiqué que 2 des 3 serrures étaient cassées. Aucune solution alternative n'a été fournie alors que le plus grand appartement dans la propriété était vide. Je comprends que l'endroit soit très isolé et que la probabilité qu'une personne pénètre dans la propriété est faible, mais que ce serait-il passé si cela s'était produit? À mon avis, un bon hôte se doit de trouver une solution équivalente ou supérieure au problème occasionné et cela n'a pas été fait.
• La piscine est annoncée comme chauffée «avec des températures suffisamment confortables pour s'y attarder», mais l’eau était à 20 degrés !
• La route menant à la propriété est très dangereuse
• L'appartement n'a pas été correctement nettoyé
• L'appartement n'est pas adapté à une famille avec bébé
