Superbe endroit avec sa grande terrasse vue sur mer qui ce trouve en front de mer, grand lit. machine à café et frigo à disposition, salle de bain assez spacieuse.
Manque de place de rangement pour les affaires, manque d'intimité avec la fenêtre et la terrasse qui donne droit dans la chambre, un plus grand rideau serait un plus, radiateur qui chauffe à la tête de lit, machine à café à réviser ( bac à eau )

L'emplacement, la vue mer, la propreté de la chambre et la flexibilité du hôte pour arriver un peu plus tôt. À cela s'ajoute un parking sécurisé (voitures, vélos et motos).
Les terrasses privatives et collectives ont besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Les murs isolent mal du bruit (on entend les voisins parler, tard la nuit c'est gênant).

Hosts were friendly & there to welcome & help with luggage & storage of bikes. Provided a video on how to reach accommodation the day before we arrived which was useful. The balcony & sea view was fabulous. Cycle track close by was great. Close to shops. Safe & secure accommodation with air conditioning. Also Villa Rita provides bikes if not taking your own. I wanted some special accommodation for spouses special birthday. Spouse really liked the veranda & sea view. Hosts only had accommodation for less than a year & are working hard to upgrade & make into something really special. New windows due to be fitted in accommodation & other work & upgrades planned. Best wishes for every success.
The wifi did not work in room 1 upstairs, said signal was weak, so without for 3 nights. Rooms on website looked more spacious than one we stayed in, they had veranda & sunbeds etc
Kettle in room not working. Safe was locked & could not use, no instructions for use. Some plug sockets were a bit loose & plugs got stuck. Toilet seat lid had a chip out of it on the edge & a fine hairline crack, it broke on our last day. No housekeeping for room on first day. No towel hooks or rails in bathroom to hang wet towels. No clothes maiden for hanging towels or wet swimwear or smalls on balcony. For three nights the accommodation was rather expensive especially with the issues above as stated. Some may find access to Villa Rita difficult to negotiate by car as narrow road to then a narrow tunnel to pass through & security gates. Parking in front of Villa for two cars only. Parking nearby via narrow road.
