I booked at a reasonable rate, but when I arrived I was in the side building and the room had a few problems if I’m honest that made it difficult to use:
-Cannot open window in bathroom with toilet seat open.
-almost hitting knee on counter when I sit on the toilet (I’m tall but still… that’s too close)
-shower has no shelf at all to put anything
-shower has no gasket on the bottom of the door no matter how careful you are you will flood the bathroom
I asked if they could move me to another room in the same class and they no. The only thing they could do was offer a classic room in the main building for 4x the price due to “low availability.”
Food and drink were nice. Breakfast was very nice but quite expensive at 45 euro.
