About this apartment rental

The apartment is 50m from the center beach, near the port and the city center. Is rented for a couple and a baby.
Located in a very quiet residence, completely renovated, it has a terrace with sea views.
It has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa. A baby cot is also available on request.
Access to the sea is via a private road.
Shops are 5 minutes walk.

The region is beautiful and has many possibilities for nature activities: sea, beaches, sailing school, hiking, golf, sites and cities to visit (Cap Frehel, Fort la Latte, Saint Malo, Ile de Bréhat, Dinan, etc. ...).

Un appartement très propre ,très calme avec une belle vue sur la mer , les balades en vélo , les balades sur les chemins des randonneurs avec un panorama magnifique ,des commerces accessible à pied sans prendre son véhicule ,vraiment un très bon séjour ..nous reviendrons sur cette hébergement

Appartement spacieux, propre et confortable. Il est situé au calme mais à proximité du port et des commerces. Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire qui nous a donné tous les renseignements utiles. Idéal pour les amateurs de randonnée... et les autres !

Schöne, gut geschnittene Wohnung mit einem großen Balkon mit schöner (Teil-)Sicht auf die Hafenbucht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt zentral. Gegenüber gibt es einen sehr guten Bäcker für die morgendlichen Baguettes und Croissants. Wir waren Anfang September da, Parken war kein Problem. Cap Erquy mit seinen Wanderwegen und alle schönen Badebuchten sind mit dem Auto oder für die ganz Sportlichen mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar.

Tout était parfait avec quelques petits détails à réglés. Côté cuisine un micro ondes serai judicieux. Réparer la grande baie vitrée que l on ne peut malheureusement pas ouvrir dommage pour voir la mer.reparer aussi le volet roulant de la chambre qu on ne peut pas fermer entièrement. Et surtout mettre un tapis de bain anti derapant dans la douche (mon mari qui a une prothèse de hanche à glisser il a s est fait très mal) .le flexible de l aspirateur est à changer. Et il y a un faux contact dans une lampe de chevet de la chambre. Ce ne sont pas des choses graves mais pour un bel appartement comme celui là c est dommage. Nous espérons bien revenir et profiter de la vue.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Ort. Es sind wenige Schritte zum Meer und die Entfernung zum Ortskern und zum Hafen ist gleich. Wie in den Bildern ersichtlich hat man vom geräumigen Balkon Sicht auf die Bucht und ab nachmittags Sonnenschein. Die Zimmer sind hell, freundlich und entsprechend einer FEWO eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zur Vermietung war unkompliziert und nett. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Coup de coeur: Petit appart superbe dans une région magnifique pour un séjour inoubliable!

Nous sommes vraiment tombés sous le charme de ce petit appart entièrement rénové, qui nous a procuré tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour sans soucis. L' appart est très bien situé à Erquy, tout près de la mer et du port avec ses petits restaurants et crêperies (derrière le coin). En plus vous trouvez une boulangerie juste en face du bâtiment et tous les magasins et commerçants nécessaires (boucherie, pharmacie, Carrefour City, poissonnerie ...) dans la même rue, à 5 minutes à pied, vraiment idéal. Juste avant d'entrer à Erquy il y a un supermarché Super U, aussi très intéressant pour faire le plein. Erquy est idéalement situé pour faire de belles randonnées et partir à la découverte du Cap d'Erquy, qui nous a vraiment émerveillés. Egalement pas loin du Cap Fréhel, Fort la Latte, St Cast le Guildo et Val André, qui valent la peine d'une visite. Notre but était de visiter la splendide côte de la Bretagne armoricaine, ainsi que les belles villes de St Malo et Cancale, ce qui était tout à fait possible car Erquy se situe presque au milieu, ce qui nous a aussi permis de visiter Paimpol et sa région, la Côte de Granit Rose: Ploumanac'h, Perros-Guirec et Trégastel avec ses superbes plages, le site du Gouffre ... Et lors de notre retour pour la Belgique un arrêt à l'incontournable Mont St Michel s'imposait naturellement ;-) Un grand merci à Annie pour l' accueil cordial et les bonnes explications. Nous conseillons vivement ce beau petit appartement tout confort aux personnes qui veulent découvrir toutes les facettes de cette belle région en toute liberté. Certainement à faire et à refaire !!!

Top ausgestattetes Feriendomizil in fantastischer Lage. Am Morgen grüßt die Bucht von Erquy und so beginnt der Tag bereits traumhaft. Das Apartment ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Abgerundet wird das Angebot durch die sehr freundliche Vermieterin und so lautet das Fazit: Preis/Leistung absolut Top! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
