Beachfront Apartment

The apartment was very well equipped, clean and located on the beach front.

Handover for the keys following the visit. No drop box available and key handover had to be in person. We had an early departure due to ferry times and we were left with concern that if the representative did not turn up on time we would miss ferry. As it turned out the representative turned up exactely on time.

Viel zu teuer für so viele Mängel

Das Appartement hatte keinerlei Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das Appartement hatte keinerlei Bestecke in der Küche. Der Vertrag war nur in Französisch,da hier auch viele Engländer übernachten,also nicht nachvollziehbar. Meerblick = NUR wenn man im Stehen über die hohe Hecke schaute.

Erquy - Ferienort mit verschiedenen Möglichkeiten

Die Wohnung liegt am Plage Central von Erquy. Zwischen der Quai-Mauer und dem Appartementhaus liegt nur eine Strasse zum Hafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Fussdistanz gut erreichbar. Vom Sitzplatz aus sieht man seitlich die Bucht und das Meer.

Das Appartementhaus bietet keinen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder. Sie müssen draussen unter einem Baum stehen (immerhin im abgesperrten Parkplatz des Hauses). Das Baden an diesem Hafenstrand ist nicht Jedermanns Sache. Dafür gibt es andere, schönere Strände.

L'emplacement idéal et la clarté du logement très agréable et fonctionnel .

.le couchage n'est pas du tout adapté pour 4 .le canapé lit est totalement enfoncé et ne peut convenir que pour 1 enfant .bien préciser que le couchage de la chambre est composé de 2 petits lits pour avoir les draps correspondant .
