About this apartment rental
It is in a charming cocoon of 33m2 nestled under the roofs of Erquy that we offer you to stay with 4 people. Located on the courtyard side, in a quiet area, you will be immediately seduced by the brightness and sea view from the balcony of this apartment on the 2nd floor of its residence. Its sloping ceilings and mezzanine will give you the feeling of finding yourself in a true cosy little nest.
Then you will enter a beautiful kitchen, living room, dining room space, bathed in light thanks to its large bay window, which calls you to enjoy the balcony.
One immediately imagines having breakfast while looking at the sea, or comfortably installed in a sunbath to get a full dose of vitamin D!
The kitchen area has 2 induction hobs, a fridge, a microwave, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso, and a kettle. Right next to it, the dining area welcomes you for good meals around its round extendable table. Then, the living room with its sofa and TV corner to end the evening calmly.
Upon entering, you will discover a first bedroom with white and wood tones, bright thanks to its roof window. Its double bed has drawer storage, in addition to the wardrobe.
Opposite, you will find the washroom with shower, a hair dryer and washing machine.
Finally, two other travellers can rest in the double bed located hidden above the living area, in a white and warm mezzanine, for a beautiful awakening (ideal for 2 children or 2 teenagers).
A bicycle storage room that can accommodate 4 cycles is also at your disposal.
This flat is ideally located, you will find in the immediate vicinity:
Erquy is a destination for nature, beach, sport, outdoors and gastronomy. Famous for its cape, but also its 10 fine sandy beaches lined with pine trees stretching over 15 km, you will find water sports, seaside activities, sporting activities (Bluegreen Golf of Pléneuf Val André 8.5 km away) and magnificent hikes on the GR 34.
Lovers of old stones will appreciate the charm of the town, but also the Bienassis castle 7 km away. Erquy does not lack good tables! It is one of the largest fishing ports for scallops
