Well equipped and very pieceful place.

The room was spacious and very clean. Beds comfortable and the whole territory is very beautiful. There is a shared kitchen and dining room. Very well equipped, spotless clean and clever made and you can find all the instructions written on the notes. The house has a character and there are historical pictures in the walls telling the story of the building. We really liked the place, it was very peaceful and beautiful. It’s a shame we only stayed there for a night during our trip.

All in all a good and easy experience.

Clean and easy. The staff was nice and allowed us to stay a bit longer in the room before the check out time.

Nevertheless when we were still hanging out with our friends in the kitchen (which still stayed one night) we were asked to leave because she had to clean the kitchen for the new guests and since we already stayed longer should should leave now. My issue is this was not asked respectfully and our friends still had a night stay in the apartment so they were obliged to use the kitchen…

Superb

Hotel is not staffed but clear instructions were provided. Room was clean and tidy. I could use bike shed for our bike. There is a kitchen with all necessary utensils. On the ground floor there is an interesting exhibition of this family house history of more than 100 years, owner pictures and their personal stories of 5 previous generations.

Room services were pretty basic.

we got a totally different room than we ordered ! we’ve paid for a much better room and want our money back immediately!

we didn’t get the room we paid for at all! claimed our money back by booking! we have booked hundreds of rooms through booking! never happened before! Booking should immediately get rid of this hotel owner and pay back the fully amount into our account! the person in charge is it honest - a deceiver! never happened anything like this when booked hotel rooms through Booking in so many countries!!

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren auf einer Feier in der Alten Papierfabrik und diese Unterkunft ist 5 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Absprachen mit den Schlüsseln, einchecken…hat zwar meine Freundin gemacht, aber sie meinte, dass war unkompliziert und total freundlich. Die Betten waren bezogen, es gab Handtücher und alles war sehr sauber. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, außer einem Backofen, was nicht negativ gewertet werden soll. Wir haben unsere Brötchen dann auf den Toastern aufgebacken. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein riesiges abschließbares Fach in einem riesigen Kühlschrank. Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze, Fit, Lappen, Geschirrtücher, es war gefühlt alles da. 🤗 Auch wenn unser Aufenthalt nur von kurzer Dauer war, bin ich positiv begeistert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, sollten wir dort wieder feiern.

War in Ordnung für eine Nacht

Die Gemeinschaftsküche war ganz in Ordnung, außer das ein Herd zum Aufbacken von Brötchen fehlte.

In der Beschreibung stand Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Dem ist aber nicht so. Der Kühlschrank ist in der Gemeinschaftsküche. Die Einrichtung sehr einfach und im Bad der Siegel ist nicht für kleine Leute (ich 1,58) geeignet. Mußte mich auf dem Stuhl stellen.

Die Selbstverpflegerküche ist super ausgestattet mit absperrbaren Kühlschrankfächern. Alles vorhanden was man braucht um frühstück und Abendessen zu machen. Für den Preis wirklich toll!

Tolles Ambiente, große Schwächen beim WLAN

Sauberkeit, Personal, Pflege und Ordnung, Parkplatz, unkomplizierter Check-in/-out, Atmosphäre, Küchenausstattung, das Angebot an Kaffee und Tee fand ich alles richtig toll. Die Umgebung ist angenehm still und man kann direkt loslaufen, um Wanderungen oder Spaziergänge zu beginnen.

In den oberen Stockwerken des Hauses Jochen, in dem sich die Einzelzimmer befinden, hat man überhaupt keinen Zugang zum WLAN! Dies muss dringend von der Geschäftsleitung behoben werden oder im Angebot bekannt gemacht werden! Es kann nicht sein, dass es im Buchungsangebot als verfügbar dargestellt wird, aber die Leistung vor Ort nicht erfüllt werden kann. Das verursacht unnötig Frustration und Beschwerden. Zumal das Problem schon länger bekannt ist.

Wohnen an einem wundervollen Park, ein besonderer Ort.

Das gesamte Ensemble der Villen mit dem Park war sehr besonders. Auch das Zimmer mit der hervorragend ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftskücke und dem Speiseraum hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lage, Ruhe, Kühle Zimmer selbst bei Rekordhitze wegen Bauweise der Wände. Abschließbares Fach im Kühlschrank. Kaffee, Tee usw. frei.

Insektengitter wären sinnvoll. Backofen für Pizza in der Küche wäre eine Idee.

Gute Unterkunft zum niedrigen Preis.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, die Gemeinschaftsküche sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Durch die Gastgeber- Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze. Und der Ortsteil neu kaliss ist wirklich ganz süß und ruhig.

Am Bett habe ich mir drei Mal das Schienbein gestoßen. Und die Matratze war zu weich.

Sehr schönes Ambiente (ehem. Fabrikantenvillen, Park), komplette Küche mit Tee/Kaffee, Bächer und Supermarkt in der Nähe, ruhig, Fahrradschuppen mit Steckdosen.

In Neu-Kaliß ist "nichts los" - aber das kann man auch positiv sehen. Eins von zwei Zimmern war doch recht klein.
