Family house 2 steps from the beaches of Chaucre and huts (8-10 people), ideal for 2 families with children or 3 couples. Located on large wooded land between Chaucre and Domino (west coast of the island), quiet house 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms with shower.
Comfortable house, recently renovated:
- 1 large living room of 45 m2 with table for 10 people and equipped kitchen (stove / oven + dishwasher + fridge-freezer + microwave + espresso machine)
- a parental suite with 1 room with double bed 160 and room of annexed water (shower + WC) and dressingroom
- 2 bedrooms with double bed 140 (one bedroom on the ground floor and one bedroom upstairs)
- 1 children's room with 2 x 2 bunk beds
- 1 shower room with shower
- 1 separate WC
- many closets, beach games and society at your disposal
- TV, WiFi, washing machine, baby equipment (cot and high chair)
- Gas barbecue, garden table and chairs.
- a ping-pong table
Shops in the village at 800 m (fishmonger, fruit and vegetable shops, bakery, cheese, grocery, restaurants, bike rental). Markets every morning from April to October.
Surf and sailing schools nearby at the beach Huttes.
