About this house rental
Ground floor:
Lounge dining room of 50 m2 opening on 2 south terraces and southwest facing enclosed garden.
Fully equipped kitchen fridge freezer oven plate cooking dishwasher washing machine microwave
1 bedroom with private bathroom, separate toilet.
Floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 cot,
1 bedroom with double bed,
Dressing room,
Bathroom, separate WC.
Confirmation within 24 hours, however we request an exchange of information about you (presentation) and us (additional information about the house). Thank you for your understanding.
Cleaning charge 60 euros to be paid on the spot
Deposit of 500 euros to be paid on arrival and refundable on your departure.
The village of St Armel with its salt marshes, coastal paths and its locks, its small beach, the island of Tascon that can be discovered at low tide, the passage with the possibility to kayak or board on a boat (free hold). Possibility to rent a boat (see town hall)
The peninsula of Rhuys is not large, it is easy to walk along the coastal paths along the Gulf or navigate the Gulf and discover its many islands (monks' island, Arz, Gavrinis ...)
The historic center of Vannes, its port and the peninsula of Conleau are essential.
Go for a swim on the various beaches on the ocean side,
Discover the peninsula through hiking trails and bike paths
To see also the marina of Crouesty and make the ballad of the lighthouse of Port Navalo.
The castle of Suscinio is not far and deserves a detour.
A deposit (security deposit) of 500 € is requested on the day of arrival in the rental, when the Keys are handed over.
A cleaning fee of 60 € is possible for the final cleaning. Please specify in your request for reservation or information, if you wish to take this option.

Gîte vraiment très agréable, parfaitement équipé et assez spacieux pour 6 personnes. Saint-Armel/Lasné est un village très agréable, calme, à qq minutes en voiture des commerces et qq minutes à pied de jolies promenades.
Maryse et Jean NEAU sont toujours disponibles et charmants.
Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte !

Très Beau séjour passé en famille dans cette très belle, grande maison particulièrement bien équipée.Belle expérience pour découvrir ou re-découvrir la presqu'île du Rhuys. Merci de l'acceuil et de la disponibilité de la part des propriétaires.

Excellent et agréable séjour en Presqu'île et Morbihan.
Idéalement situé pour qui aime balade à pieds, vélo, baignades, et fréquenter les marchés du littoral.
Accueil chaleureux, sympathique et professionnel par des propriétaires soucieux de mettre à disposition leur Maison dans les meilleures conditions (propreté, équipement complet, literie confort etc..).
A recommander sans reserve.
