In Cénac, in lush greenery on the Bordeaux hillsides of the right bank of BORDEAUX (UNESCO CITY), you will stay in a beautiful modern house with all mod cons.
The house, with an area of 180 m2, consists of:
LIFE AREA:
Large open space, including a living room with comfortable 6-seater sofa, large TV screen, WIFI internet, a dining room with large table for 6/8 people, a fully equipped American kitchen area (oven, microwave, hob, fridge with ice maker, nespresso + normal coffee maker. The kitchen consists of a double island (cooking and meals) and has an adjoining pantry. There is a toilet in the entrance.
PARENTS AREA:
Parental suite composed of a bedroom with large double bed 160x200 with direct terrace / jacuzzi access, large dressing room, large bathroom with double sink, large Italian shower, WC and a SAUNA
ADO AREA:
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200 and its private bathroom, basin + shower
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190, integrated wall cupboard
- 1 bedroom with single bed 90x190, integrated wall cupboard
- 1 bathroom, double sink + bathtub
BASEMENT AREA:
Garage for 2 cars will allow you to park your car, in the shade and in the cool, dry and sheltered. Direct access from the inside.
OUTSIDE AREA:
The whole of the living area, facing south, forest view, opens in three places through the bay window (doors disappear in the walls) opening 2.40 total by panels on a wooden terrace height of 70 m2 incorporating 2 separate outdoor dining areas, a PLANCHA cooking area as well as a jaccuzi / spa relaxation area at 39 °. It overlooks a second terrace below accessible directly by stairs which it consists of a 'sunbathing' area and the 10x5 swimming pool bordered by a raised embankment.
Large grassy garden of 1500m2.
Neither too close, to be calm, Nor too far, for your visits and discovery of this beautiful city that is BORDEAUX.
You will also be close to the vineyards and the magnificent village of Saint-Emilion to name a few, there are so many, you can taste many Bordeaux wines there ...
Ocean beaches:
They are accessible to your goodwill: A single figure that says it… long: 250 kilometers of ocean coast! Aquitaine simply has the largest sandy beach in Europe. To which we can add another 500 kilometers of banks along the lakes, estuary and ponds.
The Arcachon basin:
The sumptuous ARCACHON BASIN is also to be seen, its beaches, its villages, its ports, its oyster beds ...
But there is so much to say ...... Come and discover the AQUITAINE!

As a family of 5 (3 kids) we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house. Everything was working as expected, the space was well organized and plentiful. Home from home feeling.
The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about local area with plenty of tips and recommendations.
It’s not often you get a heated pool and a hot tub and a sauna all in one place. This was a luxury.
Everything was prefect at the house and the only thing to note is the wood decking around the pool and terrace was rough in places resulting in splinters. We got wise to it and wore sandals or flip flops.
Thank you for letting us stay at your house.

Would highly recommend this Villa. We had the most amazing time here. Villa is stunning and everything you need. Lovely quiet location.
Host are really lovely, great communication and recommend places to go etc.
Bordeaux 15/20 mins away from Villa,was lovely and very pretty at nightime. Arcachon Bay is a lovely beach. Carrefour in Beagles is big and sells loads, this is within a shopping mall which is great.. 10mins away from villa. So glad we came across this lovely villa and lovely hosts! Thank you so much

This house, on the edge of Cenac, is modern and well laid-out, with an excellent kitchen, large master bedroom and comfortable living room. The pool and jacuzzi meant that with two teenagers in our group we did not move much from the property! The fact that the pool and the deck are on different levels gives space for people to have quiet moments to read/relax or be more active.
The house is in a very quiet area, there is a plenty of space on the property and it offers a good base from which to see Bordeaux and the wider Gironde area. There is a bakery within 10 minutes' walk.
The owners are pleasant and helpful. We would recommend the house without reservation.
