About this cottage rental
An old stone wine warehouse entirely renovated on a small hamlet in the middle of the vines. Very peaceful and rural. Lots of charm
20 minutes away from Bordeaux and St. Emilion, one hour from Arcachon. Located in the department of Entre-Deux-Mers, the 'Tuscany of Bordelais', Les Jasmins combines relaxation and discovery.
Outside, a large terrace surrounded by flowers and shrubs, with a teak garden table, Weber BBQ, sun loungers, parasol for having al fresco meals or reading under the sunlight. From there, you can go to the private swimming pool (8x3 m, 0,8 to 1,5 deep) surrounded by a wooden terrace with sun loungers, sunbaths
Inside, 110 m² of living space sitributed in two levels, 4 bedrooms, a kitchen - living room, 2 bathrooms - WC.
- Level 1: Bedroom for 2 adults (large bed), with access to a children bedroom with two bunk beds and an enchanting shower room, with washbasin and WC

- Level 2: two adult bedrooms with large beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and WC. Very large living room with lounge, dining area and open plan kitchen.
The house is fully and newly equipped: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, a washing machine, tumble dryer, pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, induction cooker with 4 hobs, HD TV, free wireless Internet, and iron.
In a small Provençal hamlet, on a natural hiking trail, a very quiet environment. The vine are just 50 meters away.
There are shops, a supermarket, and a doctor one minute away by car.

We had a lovely stay at this Villa. The place was spotless and well-maintained, with lots of beautiful details that made it more of a home than a rental. Eric and Christian were wonderful hosts. They met us at check-in even though it was the middle of the night, and went grocery shopping for us before we arrived so that we would have breakfast. We couldn't recommend this Villa and the hosts more highly.

Truly what I'd hoped for - owners Eric and Christine were wonderful - very helpful in making sure everything was as it should be, explaining all the practicalities of how things work with local recommendations for places to visit. Excellent in every way!

The house was perfect for our vacation. Nice heating system and there are everything we needed for our everyday living such as a washer and dryer. We’d like to come back for summer time in the future. Thank you very much!

What a fantastic place this is! From the outset Eric and Christine made sure that everything was perfect for us. The location in a quiet hamlet was stunning. The cottage was pristine with everything we needed and more. The pool area was lovely with sun beds and towels provided. We had peace and quiet with only the local bee keeper passing by to show us his honey. We booked this cottage to attend a wedding at chateau la Gorce which was only a few minutes drive away so we did not get chance to explore the surrounding areas much and because of covid we did not go far but that was a good thing because the cottage was so beautiful. I would definitely stay here again as Eric and christine were great hosts
